If you don’t want to have dinner alone, there are four clubs right on the beach that cater to the lonely monger. At any given time of the day you can just walk in these establishments and pick a girl to accompany you.- Havana Cafe- Mab’s- Meia Pataca
- Terraso Atlantico
Each cafe has about 40-50 girls at any time of the day just waiting for you to choose them, prices vary depending on the girl and of course on the service you require. What you do is choose a girl and while you enjoy dinner together or some drinks, you can discuss the money matters and haggle till you meet halfway, rule of thumb is never to go higher than 100USD. Just imagine having dinner with a gorgeous Brazilian hottie on the beach of Ipanema, then later going back to your hotel to see if her hips can really gyrate and samba your captain to ecstasy.

Upcoming World Cup2014 is indeed a good year for Brazil since they are going to host the World Cup for the second time. It has been known that Mexico, Italy, Germany, and France hosted the world cup twice as well so we guess that it might be time for Brazil to host it since it is really the home of football. It is scheduled from June 12 to July 13, 2014. Brazil may not be one of those elegant countries who get to host FIFA but a lot of people are saying that they do deserve a second chance of hosting such a prestigious event since no other country has ever won the FIFA as many times as Brazil did. As of now they are encountering problems about setting up the needed stadiums and they are not really on track. But they are finding ways to finish it on time and they are closely coordinating with FIFA to make it all possible by next year. Another thing that Brazil has to get ready for are their airports. FIFA is estimating that there might be around 3.3 million tickets sold for the 2014 world cup. The airports in Brazil are not as highly developed as those in other countries, so they are doing their best to do something about it in order to accommodate the probable influx of people by June next year. The World Cup organising committee did not want to comment on the issue but they said that the airports should be taken cared off by the Brazilian government. With the $3billion allocated for this event, Brazil has only spent $600million in renovating some of the airports as well as the cities that will host the different events during the World Cup. They have also estimated that everything shall be ready 3 months before the event starts. Another surprising thing about this hosting event is that there had been a protest against the government. The people basically feel that it is too costly and that the allotted budget should just go to education and health. Another protest has been spotted in Sao Paulo, run by local students who marked one of the biggest protests in Brazilian history. They share the same feelings about Brazil hosting such a costly event. But anyway, who are we to judge? Brazil thinks they can do it then maybe they really can. There’s 10 more months before the World Cup and we are sure that there are enough people waiting for Brazil to fail and prove to those who doubted them that they were right. But then again, we should never judge anything just because Brazil is not able to provide enough jobs for its inhabitants, or most of the people in their government are corrupt. Sometimes, things that are meant to be doomed may surprise with how it would soon turn out to be. Let’s just wait and pray that it would not flunk. Boa Sorte Brazil, Boa Sorte!
